“"How can a car wash ever make your day? TLDR/ Blue Tide Can! Until last Thursday, I never would have thought that was possible. I went to Blue Tide as I have before, because it was a great experience! (I also drive past at least 2 car washes to get here) That being said, I had noticed that I had something spilled down the side of my car. No Big Deal!, it should come out in the wash, I thought. While doing the pre-wash the owner noticed that the spill wasn't coming off. He went and grabbed some other products to try. This happened before my car even went into the wash! Eventually I went forward thinking it had come off and all was good. As I came out of the wash, the owner met me and asked me to pull over so he could take a closer look. Let me pause here: First off, this was above and beyond any expectation I could have had with an automatic car wash. This wasn't a detail job, it was a $13 car wash, not even their most expensive (at $18.) The owner, Anthony, cares that much about the quality of the wash the cars get here. He needed to inspect it!! Anyway, I pull off to the side and he meets me with a few products in hand and gets on his knees in the parking lot, and just goes to work detailing the side of my car. He was so genuine and sincere in his need to make his customers happy. He said, "You have a nice car, and if I had this car, I wouldn't want that to stay on there." I offered him a tip, as I knew he just took time out of his day and got on his KNEES to clean it off. He refused and only asked me to write a review online for him. Well, Anthony, Here it is, and this is actually the second time I am typing this out as my first review didn't go live! I wanted to make sure it did. You have definitely made a customer for life!"
